Aim of Hitori:
"Block out" squares (set their background to grey) so no number appears unblocked in the same row or column more than once. No adjacent squares can be both blocked out. All the squares left unblocked must be connected - either vertically or horizontally - to form a single shape.
How to play Hitori:
Click on any square in the puzzle grid to switch between it being blocked out or not. A square will have a grey background if it is currently "blocked out" or a white background if it is not.
How to solve Hitori:
Look at each row and column in the grid to see if there are any lines where the same number appears more than once. Where a number appears in more than one square of the same line, decide on which squares need to be blocked out.
